Privacy policy

When you fill in the “Tell me about your project” form, the details you chose to share are sent: name, email or phone, company if given, a description of the project, the timeframe, a budget range if selected, and your preferred channel.

The details are sent as an email to the studio through the email provider Resend, and a copy is sent to you. In the current version the site does not store the enquiry in a separate database.

The site collects anonymous usage data through Vercel Web Analytics: pages, device type and country at a general level, with no tracking cookies and no personal identification.

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The language is chosen through the page address and is not stored.

Booking an intro call happens through Google Calendar, and contacting via WhatsApp happens through WhatsApp. Using those services is subject to their own privacy policies.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are served from the site itself and are not loaded from an external provider.

Details shared in an enquiry are used only to reply to it and to prepare a proposal. They are not sold, not passed to anyone other than the service providers named above, and not used for mailings you did not ask for.

An enquiry is kept in the studio's mailbox for as long as it is being handled, and no longer than 24 months from the day it was received, unless work together has started. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

You can ask to see the information held about you, correct it, or delete it. Get in touch through the “Tell me about your project” page or by email, and the request will be handled within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. A material change will be noted on the page itself.
